The secret to getting HC to illustrate a particular girl is to say how much you hate her. It's true! :D BTW, when will you be done with AD2 bonus contents? Really looking forward to your next product and what you're planning to use as a medium if not Flash.
I do wonder what makes Teresa so good, I guess it's the top that shows the cleavage happens to be particularly exclusive to her, as well as the dark hair...

AD3 is being done in flash. John Evans is coproducing with me. AD3 will be a bigger game with more gameplay, but thankfully I'll be able to just concentrate on art and story. We would consider HTML5 as an alternative, but it isn't well developed with know-how yet.

Great to hear that John is officially working with you on AD3. He will help take the rest of the load for you. HTML5 would be an interesting experiment but please don't consider it yet. It's horribly slow in most browsers, and some of the tags don't even work yet.
We're still a long ways away for AD3's release/demo. My guesstimate is that we'll be ready to go by Winter 2012, but I do not have a crystal ball that powerful to say.
We want to release as fast as possible to make any money, but we also want to make sure the games are good to play.
As for char previews, I can do that every once and a while and show you guys what I'm working on. The characters are more detailed this time around, with more gismos on their persons.

AD3 takes place in 2140. Humans have made contact with the aliens and Galactic Hub in 2020. From there, we've slowly migrated to become daring mineral frontiersman. Our story takes us to distant uncharted space, to Iacchus.
Err, to speed things up, you're on a space station with Aliens attacking by night, and girls dating you during the day.
1. No more polls for AD2. AD3 will have polls, many. 2. Frei, Sanza, Carmen, Jeanne, Catherine. 3. I'm sorta doin both. 4. No more polls for AD2. Out of all the polling, the top 5 voted characters have all had some form of DLC. 5. No more Teresa. Maybe in AD3. 6. Honestly I hate Mira. I believe she's right next to Nistala as being the worst character, for me at least. It's funny that people hated Nistala so much that it prompted me to KILL her in the story, haha.
I agree with you Lovesworder, i dont see why mira should even have her own scene, and i personally like Sanza, Frei, and Jeanne, definitely want more of them than ever mira.

Big development secret here: During the downtime between AD1 and AD2S, I actually ran a Hentai Dungeons and Dragons game. For every person that joined the game, I'd draw them their own custom avatar; I'd ask them to describe what they want their char to look like and then draw it. While the game ran like Normal D&D, it featured armor damage (stripping) for every time you get hit. And yep, that's basically where all the 13 battle training girls came from.
This is the reason why there's a lack of black girls in AD2S. The people just didn't want their chars to be black (Nistala being the exception).
AD3 will have not only have blacks, but nationalities for once. You'll be able to look at the profile of a girl and see what nationality she is.
There's still going to be a majority of white girls because well... that's what the majority of us like (me included). Man this is getting racist...
Oh yeah, polls have changed since the first month the game came out.

I think Talia had a distinct look (on top of the fact that she was black) and she had a pretty cool personality. Personally I'd love to bring her back, but I don't really have the time...
The main characters in this game, Beatrice, Talia, Jeanne, Ileana and maybe Carmen all had really strong personalities and good character, so I'm glad that people reacted well to these characters instead of just the ones with good looks.
i normally dont like girls with glasses but jeanne was hot. Teresa is kind of untouchable, that makes her super hot, but my personal favourite was Sarah
