5/6
If you're wondering why you can't play AD2, it's a server issue. The main flash file in question is undergoing a "TOS" attack. Not a Denial of Service attack. I'm not sure what TOS means, maybe terms of service. I don't know what is happening. Even in the first days of when AD2 was released, it didn't have enough traffic to qualify as being attacked. Nothing is happening right now, so I can only suspect a hacker is involved. The game has been down for two days.
I spent a bit of a hiatus on AD3 to relearn a few things. I've got a new girlfriend... and no car. She's a good kid, with a good head on her shoulders. I've only known her for a few days, but things are going very good for the two of us. In the last couple of months I've had a couple of encounters with women, but this time it's a sure thing. We're past finding similar interests to know that we like each other, and now it's just...kinks that we need to find and sort out. It's moving very fast.

Wow, I've never heard of a "TOS attack"...of course, computer security isn't really my specialty. I suspect that technically speaking it's a "denial of service" attack. Unless the site admin actually contacted you about a problem with the game, it wouldn't be "terms of service"...
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new.
ReplyDeleteNew Girl Friend lol
ReplyDeleteI've purchased Tokens using Zong Plus mobile purchase, its almost an hour past yet my tokens didn't come... I want to Unlock AD2 :(
ReplyDeleteAD2 voice pack please. If adding what you've got is too much work, I'd be fine with a zip file of MP3s.
ReplyDeleteHe's probably too busy banging his new girl to add the voices. If she's super hot, I wouldn't blame him.
ReplyDeleteDude, why can't I give you the $10 worth of tokens? I keep refreshing the game, but it doesn't seem to update with the tokens I purchased on the site.
ReplyDeleteC'mon dude, I know you're busy with real life stuff, but you can't leave a fan-base for what is technically a commercial project hanging.
I don't know. You'll have to contact support@andrograde.com over the matter.
ReplyDeleteAny progress on AD3?
ReplyDeleteAching Dreams 2 is no longer working for me... it takes forever to load. Any idea whats going on? Is the server still being attacked? Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteThe server is OK now, but I am very sorry to say that I don't know what to do for your case. I've just loaded the game myself on two different computers. I have no difficulty getting past the loading screen. You can try a different browser... that's all I got.
DeleteIt was my flashplayer uninstalled and reinstalled... Thanks for trying!
ReplyDeleteso it's been 2 months and we have no news on your progress in any aching dreams. Can you at least tell us if you're still working on it or not?
ReplyDeleteHe probably isn't going to put much more effort into AD2 because it's sales have probably bottomed out. It would make more sense to spend his time working on AD3. Which is why he should just release whatever voice work he's got as MP3s and be done with it.
ReplyDeleteman you still developing those games or you gave up???
ReplyDeleteI haven't given up. I'm actually working on it.
ReplyDeletethank you :)
Delete3 month no updates. maybe a picture on what you're working on or maybe a pitch of the story on AD3? just give us something
ReplyDeleteThe work at the moment is fragmented. I prefer structure over detail. When I think the time is right to show things again, I'll post it.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy that you're taking time with your work instead of rushing. I hope your personal life continues to go well and that you're happy.
ReplyDeletePlease do a phone sex scene in AD3 over the comm system while enemies are approaching.
ReplyDeleteAny chance for an October update? How goes AD3? Any hope of the remaining voicework being finished for AD2? Haven't had a decent update since April.
ReplyDeleteAny chance of buying AD2+3 for the same buck?
ReplyDeleteHi HC,
ReplyDeleteStill a fan, still waiting for your next game.
=P
When you ever get around to finishing AD3, please DON'T make it an "online" game e.g. AD2
For starters, if you ever have server/hosting issues (which I think still hasn't been fixed) the game would not be accessible.
Plus, it's a pain having to download the game over and over again.
Please consider implementing another type of copy-protection mechanism for your future projects.
BTW what's your personal take on Windows 8?
AD3 will be online just like AD2. The scheme works, and I apologize if it's painful, but it is necessary for the business to thrive.
DeleteAs for Win 8, I hear mixed things about it, so I haven't bothered to look into it.
Yeah, and you will. Personally I think its fantastic, but you get tired of talking about it with really annoying people on both sides of the argument.
DeleteTits. That is all.
ReplyDeleteHello Lovesworder, I bought your game yesterday and I'm finding it very fun. Thanks for it and I hope you can continue producing games like these until your last days. Are you being able to live off making games alone? you think one day you will might need to quit?
ReplyDeleteI thank you for sympathizing with me. I will continue to make the games for as long as they are relevant. I need your help. Get your little boys or your little nephews to watch anime. Naruto is pretty good because there's a different arc in the story where they all grow up.
Delete(shrugs) We have to get these kids to like this stupid anime stuff! No matter how much it degenerates their poor souls!
Hehe, I hope my games leave a positive impact. With all the senseless porn these days, women are treated as objects. I know that concept turns people on. I hope a "dating simulator" will teach something. Even if it's not real, it's still based on reality, and you can learn a lot from fiction.
Haha. If I have children one day, I would sure put them to watch animes, because I would want them to feel the same all kind of interesting things I do when I watch them.
DeleteAbout your games, In my opinion they are very good because of the combined rpg elements with sex. You do a awesome job creating that a very nice and unique feeling that you can't find in many games. There are a some hentai rpgs out there but not many give the same feeling.
And it's totally true that fiction many times produce characters that behave realistically, so you can learn a lot from it (I myself learned a lot in these past years).
It's interesting how fiction can influence you. Actually I was just watching one that gives me some strenght to continue pursuing my dream that is the same as yours (making hentai games). I wonder if you are being able to live off making games alone. Are you? Maybe you have other means of sustaince. You can't imagine how happy I would be to hear that you are managing with producing games alone, since it makes me believe my dream is less impossible. I know it must be pretty hard and a lot of work though.
hmm.. I hope I'm not saying too much and wasting your time. Sorry if that is the case.
and please forgive me if I hurt your eyes with the mistypes :)
Deleteenglish is not my native language
"I wonder if you are being able to live off making games alone. Are you?"
DeleteI'm not at liberty to say. I took the risk to make a commercial hentai game. The sales data is something I earned, and I'm not willing to share.
If I was making a million dollars, or if I was making no money at all, the answer is the same: I'm not making any money at all, please never try to make hentai games or be my competition.
Sorry for the delay in anwering you back. You took a bit more time to answer the second time so I thoght you would not answer anymore.
DeleteThanks for the straightforward and sincere answer.
I understand your feelings, sorry to make you feel like that. I won't ask about it again. The fact that you don't want to share that information is far from something that would stop me from being your fan, and will continue buying your games nevertheless.
I grateful to your games because of how they make me feel. I hope I can make such quality games and make other ppl feel the same way.
Now something you may like to hear: As a buyer, I say that maybe you don't need to worry about the competition. Why? because competition will only make ppl stop paying for your game if it makes customers run low on money or time to play. Since your kind of game is cheap and does not take too much time to finish, and other games the same style should be around the same price, competition would hardly make me or anyone stop buying your game. Well, of course that is only my point of view, I'm not completely sure about it. I hope I don't get in the way of your earnings in the future.
Now I ask you to really not tell me if you are able to live off making games alone now, so that it does not sound like I'm only telling you this to make you answer that question! Like you I'm willing to take the risk too, I have been studying a lot even before knowing your game and my motivation is far from low too! I was just so happy that someone might have achieved living off making that style of game with basically a one man staff, so I wanted to confirm it to be certain and to increase my motivation too.
Oh, and when I thanked you for your sincere answer, I meant that you could just tell me that you were really not making money at all, to decrease the chance of competition, but instead you chose to not lie and just said that you would rather not tell me, that was pretty cool of you. You are a nice person. :)
DeleteOk. The Camelia scene is awesome. I cracked up every time.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I can't seem to win over Candice (from magic lab). I had 40 charm took her to lunch and she dragged me to a cave, and I need some hints. If the hints are here I can't find them help plzzz
Check the forums for the exact answer. Pretty large hint: you enter a specific name for your character to see the scene. If you listen to the dialogue you should be able to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteForums are down, I can't find this anywhere either, and don't really get what kind of name I have to use for my character.
