I got about 2 hours of sleep. Why? Because I'm on prescribed adderall. That, and a mix of depression over a recent private event in my life. I can be a pretty emotional guy. Let me just get back to it until I'm dead tired.
I've been going through something similar over the past couple weeks. I know how rough things can get when other people are involved. But like commissar said, take care of yourself. Don't forget to eat. Sleep will come over time.
I take Concerta xl, and have had just plain ritalin to treat ADHD. I really don't reccomend taking it after 4pm, because you will NOT sleep. I don't entirely agree with it as an anti-depressant, because it often gives you slightly worse come downs to depression, and alot of doctors make a common error of "when it works less, prescribe more" You need to take breaks from it or the dosage will just go up and up and you won't feel better, hence why it's labelled as "addictive." Just one or two days off a week is good. I'm kind of jealous, as it took me over 6months to get a prescription of it WITH ADHD. Other than that, I'm pretty sure it's worked for you and I hope you feel better soon.
Take care of your self dude.
