Probably the end of the leg. The way the pose works out, her ankles and shins look really thin, especially compared to the hips. But that's how it should be really. Might be a minor exageration as sometimes happens. I find often when I'm left with that "something isn't right but I'm not sure what" about a body part in art it's a case of some proportion being just a hair off. Not enough that you consciously notice it but you recognize something isn't quite what you'd expect.
Got that bit of unsophisticated woman despite the high class attempt. Which fits the character by the way, not saying its a flaw.
