More programming

Implemented a much nicer looking game over screen.
Prevented players from getting to level 7. (6 should be max)
Put in "MASTER" level instead of level 6 at the Stat Screen.

    This fix seems to also cause you to be unable to train with the militia girls once you reach max level.
