I think he's charging exactly right. More than that and people would be hesitant about snagging a community release. I see way too many overpriced games on DLsite and wonder how many of them I would've bought if they'd been cheaper. Instead they sit there and barely anyone buys em.

I think 10$ is a good price because I have to build a reputation. Sure, I made AD1, and AD2 has a demo, but still... it's the first time people are paying for what I'm making, and I'm trying to prove that my game is worth at least 10$ to them in value.
In the future, I'll be able to sell AD3 for 15$, if it was actually worth 15$, and then people would buy it, review it and say "15 dollars is expensive for a downloadable game, but this is worth more than 15$!!"
to tell the truth i think 10$ is actually a good price and your game will probably be more than worthy and i think everybody already saw a bunch of games that the price are ridiculous and the game isnt so good..so keep up the good work so it meet the expectation of the people.(Waiting anxiously for the game '-')
You know, on the one hand, not asking for the time is very efficient since I don't have to be let down or anything if nothing happens. However, I would also like to know a rough estimate for when it would come so that I can prepare for things I need to do. Such a conundrum.
Take your time, I'd rather have it work than out early.
