8a0- Woke up from about 9 hours of sleep. All of my sleeping from the past two months have been under 6 hours. Even with my logs however, I'm unable to determine what I did differently yesterday that allowed me such a good night's rest.

11:38a2- Accidentally took a nap... on my chair even. I was leaning back in my office chair and I fell asleep.

11:30- Was very tired, fell asleep.
Report: The sleep cycle for the day was not good. 11 hours of oversleeping with 12 hours of staying awake is pretty bad. Today I felt strangely unmotivated. Usually I'm pretty good at ignoring my instinctual needs (eating, porn, video gaming, sleeping) but today I just let go. I'm not sure why I did. D.
